I am always seeking out new interesting desserts and flavor combinations so I was really excited to find this dish at the Sasquatch Brewing Company (http://sasquatchbrewery.com/) a couple years ago. They stick to local seasonal ingredients so their menu is always changing and this dessert is no longer available, but I hope to recreate it on my own one of these days.
