For some unknown reason I love neon food coloring. Maybe because I'm attracted to anything bright and colorful, or I have a subconscious desire to intake unknown chemicals... Anyway I made these cookies a couple years ago probably after being inspired by a post on Pinterest and they turned out just like they were suppose to! They're simple and tedious to make, but worth the time because they taste like magical rainbows.
